a Piece of the Fund Solving California's Housing Shortage — Built by an Operator With 50+ Projects Behind Him.

Nothing replaces an in-person conversation when it comes to serious capital deployment.

California remains one of the most structurally undersupplied housing markets in the country.

That's why we're hosting a private, invite-only dinner for a carefully selected group of Bay Area accredited investors looking for real ownership in a diversified real estate portfolio, disciplined execution, and strong returns.

Join Christopher Duffy and the Hummingbird Development team on Tuesday, August 11th at 6:30pm in San Jose — and get the full picture on Hummingbird Development Fund A's current portfolio across Tiburon, Orinda, and Lafayette, built by an operator with 50+ completed projects behind him

About Our Process

Hummingbird Development Fund A was built for investors who want:

  • Real ownership in a diversified real estate portfolio - not single-deal concentration. Capital is allocated across an active, multi-property portfolio, and investors own a piece of the fund itself

  • A fund that isn't starting from zero — Hummingbird already controls four vacant lots currently in permitting, ready to be incorporated into the fund's first wave of projects

  • Exposure to Northern California's most resilient corridor — Tiburon, Walnut Creek, and the East Bay

  • Full hands-on transparency — walk the properties, see the plans, meet the team on site

  • A vertically integrated operator with no hidden markups — GC, broker, and designer all in-house

We find the deals, design the builds, pull the permits, do the construction, and sell the homes — all in-house, across the entire portfolio. No markups. No delays. Just disciplined execution and investors who keep coming back.
